The EU-Ethiopia Business Forum, hosted by the European Commission, will take place on May 14 in Brussels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective of this Forum is mainly to support\u00a0and stimulate European private sector trade and investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this high-level business forum you will hear practical information about doing business in Ethiopia and you can interact with top-officials from the Ethiopian Investment Commission and with other high-ranking officials from Ethiopia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the presence of Mr. <\/strong>Jyrki Katainen<\/strong>, vice-president of the European Commission and Commissioner for Jobs, Growth, Investment and Competitiveness, the day-long program will focus on four key sectors in Ethiopia. These sectors are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

• Agroprocessing<\/li>
• Textile, apparel and leather<\/li>
• Pharmaceutical and medical<\/li>
• ICT<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  A delegation of business-leaders <\/strong>from Ethiopia is also expected, who shall be available for matchmaking during the event on May 14^{th<\/sup>, and the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n}
