1. Position Title: <\/strong>Press and Media Officer<\/li>
2. Reports to:<\/strong> The Public Diplomacy Department at the Embassy.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

   The Press Officer is responsible for press\nand communications activities of the Embassy, as well as providing research\nsupport to the diplomatic staff of the Mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   <\/strong> 3.\u00a0 Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   • Candidates\nmust have at least a master\u2019s degree in one of the following disciplines: Journalism,\nSocial Sciences or any other related discipline.<\/li>
   • Candidates\nmust have at least (2) years or more experience in working in the media and\nrelevant professions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

     4.\u00a0 Critical competencies <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

     • Excellent drafting and reporting skills<\/li>
     • Analytical skills <\/li>
     • Management & Delivery of Results <\/li>
     • Computer literacy <\/li>
     • Management experience, excellent interpersonal\nskills and ability to organize and motivate others and to work in a\nmulti\u00adcultural environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

       5.\u00a0 Language Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

       Proficiency in languages (English\/French).\nKnowledge of other working languages of the Embassy (Flemish) would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
