H.E. State Minister Dr. Aklilu Hailemichael has talked today (February 27) with the delegation of Private Investors for Africa (PIA) who are on a two-day business tour in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n

The State Minister briefed the team on the economic advantages of investing in Ethiopia pointing out the huge market access and available infrastructure including the transboundary railway coupled with economical expenditure on labour and electricity.<\/p>\n

He also explained the Government\u2019s efforts to modernize trade and investment dealings and processes in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n

The PIA team commended the warm welcome they have received in their two-day visit in Ethiopia and told the state minister that they are motivated to invest more in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n

Heineken and Syngenta are among the members of PIA that are currently investing in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n
