Ethiopia has reported one new case of the coronavirus (COVID-19), out of the 943 samples taken over the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n

A 45-year-old British national of Ethiopian origin has tested positive for the virus, said the Ministry of Health in a statement today.<\/p>\n

He had a travel history from the United Kingdom (UK) and was in a mandatory quarantine, the statement added.<\/p>\n

Nine people have also recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 50.<\/p>\n

The total number of confirmed cases now is 124. Deaths remain at 3, with overall test count stands at 14, 588.<\/p>\n
