Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed has extended his congratulations message on the occasion of Ginbot 20 (May 28), which marks the downfall of the Derg regime.<\/p>\n

In his message, the Prime Minister said \u201cGinbot 20 is one of the days that changed the history of modern Ethiopia.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSeveral fighters have sacrificed their precious lives to make Ethiopia democratic, fair and peaceful, to stop injustice and bring equality, multi-national unity, and prosperity,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe should remember the day going forward and evaluating the past, not by sticking on Ginbot 20 victories,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
