H.E. Ambassador Eshete Tilahun, along with staff of the Embassy of Ethiopia in Brussels, visited the Africa Museum on 25 February 2025 as part of efforts to enhance cultural and scientific collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the visit, the delegation engaged in discussions with Mr. Bart Ouvry, Managing Director of the Africa Museum Tervuren and his team. The Managing Director provided briefing on the Museum\u2019s extensive work, including its exhibitions, historical research, and the work of its scientific research center. He also elaborated on potential areas of cooperation between the Museum and Ethiopian institutions.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ambassador Eshete expressed gratitude for the invitation and warm hospitality extended to the Embassy staff. The Ambassador highlighted key areas where the Ethiopian Embassy and the Museum could collaborate in the future, emphasizing preservation efforts. He further expressed Embassy\u2019s desire to establish research partnerships, knowledge sharing and exchanges including demonstration of cultural artifacts.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
