Deputy Head of Mission Ambassador Shamebo Fitamo expressed gratitude for the warm reception and highlighted the long-standing diplomatic ties between the two countries. He also briefed the Brussels metropolitan officials about Ethiopia’s ongoing reforms across various sectors. Then highlighted the economic, investment and tourism development opportunities in Ethiopia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

H.E. Mr. Muhedin Ahmed Hassen, Speaker of the Harari National Congress, noted the Brussels Parliament’s exemplary multilingual practices as a potential model for the Harari regional Parliament. During the meeting, Mr. Mampaka provided insights into the Belgium Parliament’s multilingualism and expressed interest in establishing sister city relations with the Harari Region.
