On 22 July 2025, H.E. Ambassador Eshete Tilahun took part in the “Ethiopian Green Treasures” conference, held at the National Museum of Natural History of Luxembourg. The event was organized by Madame Henoke Courte, Honorary Consul of Ethiopia, in collaboration with the NGO Regards d\u2019Enfants d\u2019\u00c9thiopie.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In his opening remarks, Ambassador Eshete highlighted Ethiopia\u2019s rich botanical diversity, emphasizing the country’s cultural conservation heritage, ecological practices from mountain to the desert, and key government initiatives such as the Green Legacy. He also underscored the importance of research and academic forums in advancing the recognition and protection of intellectual property rights including the traditional conservation practices.
