Today on the 20th October 2025, Ambassador Eshete Tilahun conferred with Dr. Czepelak, Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). During the meeting the Ambassador briefed the Secretary General on Ethiopia\u2019s willingness and potential to host international organizations and foreign diplomatic missions. The country already hosts the AU, the UN Economic Commission for Africa, and many missions and organizations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Secretary General Dr. Czepelak on his part explained the activities and working process of the PCA and emphasized the important role of Member States in resolving disputes. He also requested updates agreeing to negotiate the submitted document.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The two Officials exchanged views on the progress towards considering the text of the draft Host Country Agreement between the PCA and Ethiopia.<\/div>\n
