ፓስፖርት ለማመልከት

1. አዲሱ ማሽን ሪደብል ፓስፖርት በኤምባሲው በኩል አገር ቤት ተልኮ ስለሚዘጋጅ እባክዎ ከጉዞ ቀን ወይም ከታደሰ ፓስፖርት ጋር በተያያዘ አገልግሎት ከመጠየቅዎ ቢያንስ 60 ቀናት አስቀድመው ማመልከት ይጠበቅቦታል፡፡

•  አዲሱ ማሽን ሪደብል ፓስፖርት ለማግኘት የጣት አሻራ ማቅረብ ያስፈልጋል፡፡ ነገር ግን ከዚህ ቀደም አዲሱን ፓስፖርት ሲወስዱ የጣት አሻራ ሰጥተው ከነበረ በድጋሚ መስጠት አያስፈልግዎትም፡፡ እድሜአቸው ከ14 አመት በታች የሆኑ ህጻናት አሻራ መስጠት አይጠበቅባቸውም፤ ሆኖም ከዚህ ቀደም ከ14 ዓመት በታች በመሆናቸው ምክንያት ያለ አሻራ አዲሱ ፓስፖርት ተዘጋጅቶላቸው ከነበረና አሁን ከ14ዓመትና በላይ ከሆኑ የጣት አሻራ መስጠትይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
• ፓስፖርትዎ ተዘጋጅቶ እስከሚደርስዎ ድረስ መቆየት የማይችሉና በተለያየ አጣዳፊ ምክንያቶች በአስቸኳይ ወደ አገርቤት መሄድ ከፈለጉ ወደ አገር ቤት መግቢያ ብቻ የሚያገለግለውን ሊሴ ፓሴ ብቻ (የሊሴ ፓሴ አገልግሎት የሚለውን ይክፈቱ) ወስደው ከአገር ቤት ፓስፖርት ማመልከት ይገባዎታል።
• የፓስፖርትና የሊሴ ፓሴ ማመልከቻ በአንድ ላይ ማቅረብ ወይም የፓስፖርትዎ ማመልከቻ ከኤምባሲው ወደ አገር ቤት ከተላከ ከአንድ ወርና ከዚያ በላይ ሳይሆን ሊሴ ፓሴ ማመልከት አይቻልም። ነገር ግን ኢምባሲው ማመልከቻዎን አገር ቤት ከላከ አንድ ወርና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነና ፓስፖርቱን ሳይረከቡ ጉዞዎ ከደረሰ ሊሴ ፓሴ ወስደው አገር ቤት ሲደርሱ ከኢሚግሬሽን ፓስፖርትዎን መረከብ ይችላሉ።
• ኢምባሲው ፓስፖርትዎን ለማዘጋጀት ተጨማሪ ማስረጃዎች እንዲያቀርቡ ሲጠይቅ እባክዎ በተነገረዎት በአጭር ግዜ ውስጥ ማስረጃውን ይላኩልን፡፡ ሆኖም ማስረጃውን እንዲልኩ ለ3ኛ ጊዜ ተገልጾልዎት ከሆነና በወቅቱ ካላቀረቡ ፋይልዎ ተመላሽ ተደርጎ እንደ አዲስ ማመልከት ይጠበቅቧታል፡፡

ባለጉዳዮ መላኪያም ሆነ መመለሻ ፖስታ መጠቀም የሚኖርባችሁ Tracking Number ባለው DHL TNT BPOST EXPRESS MAIL መሆን ይገባዋል፡፡ የላኩት ፖስታ ወደ ኤምባሲያችን ለመድረሱም ሆነ የተዘጋጀለዎት ሰነድ ወደ እርሶ ተመላሽ ለመደረጉ ባለዎት የፖስታ Tracking Number በመጠቀም ማጣራት ሰለሚችሉ ይህንኑ መረጃ ለማረጋገጥ ወደ ኢምባሲው መደወል አይጠበቅም፡፡  የተዘጋጀለዎትን ፓስፖርት ከኢሚግሬሽን በተረከብንበት እለት በላኩልን የመመለሻ ፖስታ ወደ እርሶ እንልካለን፡፡
አገልግሎቱ ያለቀ ፓስፖርት ለመቀየር/ለማሳደስ
መሟላት የሚገባቸው መስፈርቶች

1. 4 የፓስፖርት መጠን ያለውና ቢያንስ ከ6ወር ወዲህ የተነሱት ፎቶግራፍ (ሁለቱ ጆሮ የሚታይ፣ መደቡ ነጣያለና ከጀርባው ስም የተጻፈበት) ከሁለት ፓስፖርት ማመልከቻ ጋር ተመልቶ ሲቀርብ ፣
2. ለመቀየር ወይም ለማሳደስ የተፈለገው ዋናው ፓስፖርት ማቅረብ
3. ለመቀየር ወይም ለማሳደስ የተፈለገው ፓስፖርት መረጃ ያለበትን ማለትም ስም፣ ፎቶግራፍ፣ ፓስፖርቱ የተሰጠበትና ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ የታደሰበትን ገጽ የሚያሳይ በሁለት ኮፒ ማቅረብ
4. በቤኔሉክ አገር የሚኖሩበትን ስታተስ የሚያሳይ የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ ከሌለዎት ወይም የስራ ፍቃድ ማስረጃ በሁለት ኮፒ
5. የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ለኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ አካውንት ማስገባት /Deposit Order/ የሆነ ማያያዝ ፣
6. የጣት አሻራ ማቅረብ ለሚጠበቅባችሁ በግንባር መቅርብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሆኖ ፣ የተለየ አሳማኝ ችግር ላላቸው ግን የተዘጋጀውን የጣት አሻራ ቅፅ (click here to download Fingerprint capturing form) መጠቀም ይቻላል፡፡
7. ፓስፖርት መጠየቂያ ቅጽ በሁለት ኮፒ መሙላት (click here to download the passport application form)
8. አድራሻዎ የተጻፈበት መመለሻ ፓስታ Tracking Number ያለው DHL TNT BPOST EXPRESS MAIL ከነቴምብሩ አብሮ መላክ

2. በጠፋ ፓስፖርት ምትክ አዲስ ፓስፖርት ለመቀየር
መሟላት የሚገባቸው መስፈርቶች

1. 4 የፓስፖርት መጠን ያለውና ቢያንስ ከ6ወር ወዲህ የተነሱት ፎቶግራፍ (ሁለቱ ጆሮዎን የሚታይ፣ መደቡ ነጣያለና ከጀርባው ስም የተጻፈበት)
2. የቀድሞ ፓስፖርት መረጃ ያለበትን ማለትም ስም፣ ፎቶግራፍ፣ ፓስፖርቱ የተሰጠበትና ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ የታደሰበትን ገጽ የሚያሳይ በሁለት ኮፒ ማቅረብ
3. በቤኔሉክስ አገሮችያሉዎትን ስታተስ የሚያሳይ የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ ኮፒ ወይም የስራ ፍቃድ ማስረጃ በሁለት ኮፒ
4. የፓስፖርት የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ለኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ አካውንት ያስገቡ መሆኑን /Diposit Order/ ማቅርብ ይኖርበታል ፣
   A. ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በጠፋ ምትክ ፓስፖርት ሲሰጥ ለባለ 32 ገፅ $90፣ ለባለ 64 ገፅ $165፤ 50℅ ፣
   B. ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ ምትክ ፓስፖርት ሲሰጥ ለባለ 32 ገፅ $120፣ ለባለ 64 ገፅ $220፤ 100℅ ፣
   C. ለሶስተኛ ጊዜ ምትክ ፓስፖርት በ5 ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ ጥያቄ ከቀረበ ለባለ 32 ገፅ $180፣ ለባለ 64 ገፅ $330፤ 200℅ ፣
   D. ለአስቸካይ መላኪያ ከመደበኛው ክፍያ ላይ 30℅ ክፍያ ፈፅመው እንዲፋጠን ማድረግ ይችላሉ ፣
5. የጣት አሻራ ማቅረብ ለሚጠበቅባችሁ ብግንባር መቅርብ ዮኖርበታል ፣ የተለየ አሳማኝ ችግር ያለው በአቅራቢያዎ በሚገኝ ፖሊስ ጣቢያ ወይም የጣት አሻራ ለመውሰድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ድርጅቶች ዘንድ በመሄድ ድርጅቱ በሚያቀርብላችሁ የጣት አሻራ መውሰጃ ቅፅ (Form) ላይ አሻራዎን ሰጥተው ዋናውንና ኮፒውን መላክ፤ ሆኖም ድርጅቱ የጣት አሻራ መውሰጃ ቅፅ ከሌለው በኢምባሲያችን በኩል የተዘጋጀውን የጣት አሻራ ቅፅ (click here to download Fingerprint capturing form) በመጠቀም ወወደ ኤምባሲው መላክ ይኖርበታል
6. መጠየቂያ ቅጽ በሁለት ኮፒ መሙላት (click here to download the passport form)
7. አድራሻዎ የተጻፈበት መመለሻ ፓስታ Tracking Number ያለው DHL TNT BPOST EXPRESS MAIL መላክ ይገባል ፣

Passport Service

Please read the following carefully and fulfill all the requirements. Failure to fulfill the requirements may result in delaying the processing time or denial of the issuance of the passport.

• The Embassy of Ethiopia is currently issuing only a new Electronic passport that requires mandatory finger print. Therefore, all Ethiopians who want to obtain a replacement (lost or existing) passport or renewal of a passport should fulfill the following requirements.
• Those who have already submitted their finger prints upon receipt of an electronic passport earlier are not required to submit their fingerprints again. However, if you have an old /manual/ passport or was exempted from submitting your finger print due to your minor age then you should submit your anew finger print.
• Those who are minor under the age of 14 are exempted from providing finger prints.
• The Embassy also advise all applicants to submit their applications at least 60 days ahead of their planned travel date or prior to applying for any other services that require a valid passport.

If the Embassy requests you to submit an additional document, please send it within a week advance . If you are informed for the third time to submit the necessary document and if you fail to submit the requested document, the Embassy shall be obliged to send your original document back to you and you will be requested to apply as a anew.

All applications must be sent via mail with an envelop which has a tracking number. The applications must also have a self-addressed, prepaid  DHL TNT BPOST EXPRESS return envelop which has a tracking Number. You don’t have to call the Embassy to check whether your application has been recieved or returned back to you since you have the option to track it online at the respective mailing company’s website.
Requirements for Replacement of an Expired Passport/Renewal

1. Five recent, color passport size Photographs (with white background and the name of the applicant at the back of the photograph);
2. The actual passport
3. Two copies of Expired Passport
4. Two Copies of document that show your Current Status in the Benelux Countries Resident Card or those who don’t have please attach your Work Permit.
5. Service fee must be in Dipost Order payable to the Embassy of Ethiopia Account
6. Original Fingerprint of the Applicant and a copy of it.
7. Please go to the nearest police station or to the companies authorized to take finger prints. It is preferable to have your fingerprint taken on the respective organizations fingerprint capture form. If not you can use our Finger print Capture form (click here to download).
8. A self addressed return envelope which has a tracking number DHL TNT BPOST EXPRESS with it.
9. Two copies of the Application Form (click here to download) .

Requirements for Replacement of a Lost Passport

1. Four recent, color passport size Photographs (with white background and the name of the applicant at the back of the photograph)
2. Two copies the lost Passport
3. Two Copies of document that show your Current Status Benelux countries, Resident Card or those who don’t have Id Card; Please attach Copy of your Work Permit
4. Service fee must be in Diposit Order payable to the Embassy of Ethiopia Account.A. When a replacement is given for the first time: $90 for 32 pages passport; $165 for 64 Pages passport;
   B. When a replacement is given for the Second time: $120 for 32 pages passport;$220 for 64 Pages passport
   C. When a replacement is given for the third time within a period of 5 years: $180 for 32 pages passport;$330 for 64 Pages passport
5. Original Fingerprint of the Applicant and a copy of it.Please go to the nearest police station or to the companies authorized to take finger prints.
