Warm congratulations to H.E. Ali Mahmamoud Youssouf and the Sisterly Republic of Djibouti for assuming this important Pan African Responsibility. We also congratulate Republic of Kenya and Republic of Madagascar for availing themselves for same responsibility. The run up to this day was not easy. Now is the time for unity, collaboration, and unwavering support for the new AUC Chairperson. May this new leadership bring progress, stability, and prosperity to our beloved continent.
