Her Excellency Ambassador Hirut Zemene Kassa, Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Benelux countries and the EU institutions has presented her letter of credence to His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on 25 May 2022.
On the occassion, Ambassador Hirut had the opportunity to update His Majesty about the current situation in Ethiopia. His Majesty the King has expressed his good wishes to the prosperity, peace, and stability of Ethiopia.
The Ambassador has conveyed greetings from Her Excellency President Sahle-Work Zewde, the president of the FDR Ethiopia, to H.M. the King of the Netherlands.
H.E. Ambassador Hirut expressed her commitment to further strengthen the existing bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries to its next heights.
H.E. Ambassador Hirut Zemene is accredited to the Kingdom of the Netherlands as a non-resident Ambassador based in Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium.
