H.E.Ambassador Hirut Zemene took part in the launching event of Assistance Capacity-building Training (ACT)-Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) program that was held on 24 May 2023, at the European Union Commission Baylaymont Building.
The ACT-SAF project is sponsored by the European Union to assist the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in developing feasibility studies on how to develop SAF in the selected 12 countries including, Ethiopia
Ethiopia is a council Member of ICAO and has the largest Aviation Hub in Africa and this Program is expected to enhance the capacity to develop Ethiopia’s SAF.
