Ethiopia Participates at Agrifood Investment and Nutrition Roundtable Discussion
On the side of Brussels Climate Week, Alliance Biodiversity International and CIAT hosted a round table discussion on Agrifood Investment and Nutrition bringing together representatives from EU and African Union institutions, national government, research organization, development partners and private Sector.
Deputy Head of Mission, Mr. Semungus Habtegiyorgis shared perspectives on Ethiopia’s policy approaches and initiatives including Bounty of Basket and School Feeding Program which brought significant result on the livelihood of many and in achieving nutrition and food security.
National ownership and partnership were also highlighted as critical instruments to accelerate renewed investment on Agrifood sector
