The Embassy of Ethiopia in Brussels has met and discussed with a delegation led by H.E. Mr Ordin Bedri, President of the Harari regional state who were on a working visit in the Netherlands. The delegation was hosted by Vitens- Evides Water for Life Foundation-that does various social corporate responsibility based water projects in Ethiopia – with a view to strengthening the existing cooperation in the water sector.

We express deep regrets about the latest resolution on Ethiopia adopted by the European Parliament today. The resolution has once again failed to recognise the misery of millions of people caused by the belligerence of the TPLF in Afar and Amhara, while only focusing on Tigray region. The resolution comes amidst the announcement by the Government of Ethiopia on its readiness to peacefully resolve the conflict.

Ethiopians and nationals of Ethiopian descent celebrated Meskel in Brussels, Belgium on the 1st of October 2022.
